Description
The Texas Quilt Museum is dedicated to showcasing the best in quilt art, both traditional and avant-garde, from all over the world. The museum was founded by Karey Bresenhan and Nancy O'Bryant Puentes, who organize the International Quilt Festival in Houston. Located in two lovingly restored 19th century buildings, we change our exhibits every three months. We receive visitors from all over the United States and the world. We also feature a Grandmother's Flower Garden, containing historically appropriate plants from the era of our buiidings, as well as a 85 foot long, 15 foot high, colorful quilt mural.
