Whether you are on a domestic or longarm - Quilting can be a real pain in the neck. Rose has been sewing for 40 years, quilting for 30 and a Personal Trainer since 1995. In addition, she holds certifications in Ergonomics, Nutrition, Arthritis and Older Adult Training. Healthy quilting includes the ergonomics of sewing, pressing, cutting, FMQ and longarm quilting; stretches designed for quilters neck, sore shoulders, lower backache, carpal tunnel syndrome prevention, the importance of hydration and movement and other tips so we can sew smart to sew long!!
