200 beautiful quilts come in from all over the country to compete for over $6500 in prize money.
LOCATION: Knoxville Expo Center, 5441 Clinton Highway, Knoxville, TN 37912
DATE/TIMES: Friday, June 21, 2024, 9am-5pm; Saturday, June 22, 2024, 9am-4pm
COST: Daily admission, $10; 2-day pass, $15; Children under 12, free. Parking is free.
ENTRIES open Nov. 1, 2023. Deadline is April 22, 2024 or when we receive all the entries we can show.
More than $6,500 in prize money, 14 categories, including one for Juniors (age 16 and under), and 13 special awards.
Special Events:
On Friday, Merikay Waldvogel, a nationally known quilt collector, researcher and writer, will present an antique quilt turning at 11am and 1 pm.
Shop vendors and a boutique of unique items handcrafted by members.
